Preceding IASAS MUN, the ISM community has been working feverishly to ensure the warmest welcome for student delegates and speakers from November 7th to 9th. However, there is one last thing we can do to guarantee a smooth conference – signing up to be Pages!
Pages are individuals who pass notes among the IASAS delegates during the debate time. Although the role may seem insignificant, Pages are the main way delegates can communicate with each other as they are not allowed to talk among themselves. Pages play a critical role in the conference, and being one is also a great way to observe and learn about MUN if you are unsure of how it works. It also doubles as a CAS experience!
If you are interested, you can sign up on the Google Sheet that was shared by Ms. Thompson with all of High School this Monday, October 14. The deadline is this Thursday, October 17 at 11:59 PM. Students who sign up for slots on Thursday and Friday will be excused from classes on those days. Be sure to inform your friends and peers about this wonderful opportunity to join in on the IASAS MUN fun!
